How many hours do I need to challenge the Red Seal exam in Canada?
Generally, you need to prove approximately 7,560 hours of documented experience to apply as a "Trade Qualifier." We help you organize your international logs to meet the specific requirements of provincial boards like ITA (BC) or AIT (Alberta).

Do I need to be in Canada or the USA to start my training?
No! Our theoretical training and exam prep can be done remotely. We recommend starting your study 3–6 months before you arrive so you are ready to challenge the exam immediately upon landing.

What is the difference between Red Seal and NCCCO?
Red Seal is the national standard in Canada; once you have it, you can work in almost any province. NCCCO is the gold standard in the USA. While they cover similar physics, the safety regulations (OSHA vs. CSA) and load chart formats differ. We provide specific prep for both.

I am an experienced operator; why do I need a prep course?
