"Hello, I'm Mick Droch, the founder of Droch Training & License.
My career in the crane industry has taken me from the basics to operating massive 1,600-ton machines on some of the most complex job sites in the world. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve seen many talented operators held back not by their skill, but by the confusion of North American certification requirements.
I founded Droch Training & License to bridge that gap. I know exactly what it takes to pass the Red Seal and NCCCO exams because I’ve been there. My mission is to simplify the process, provide the technical clarity you need, and help you transition into a high-paying, rewarding career in Canada and the USA."
