Your journey to North America starts here

Navigating visas and trade equivalency can be overwhelming. Droch Training & License provides the roadmap you need to turn your international experience into a legal, high-paying career in Canada or the USA.

Our 4-step migration roadmap

We offer a clear, specialized pathway to help experienced mobile crane operators achieve Red Seal certification and secure employment in Canada or the USA. Our approach focuses on understanding and responding to your unique needs, providing effective and practical solutions every step of the way.

Step 1: Experience verification

We help you document your 7,560+ hours (for Red Seal) or required seat time (for NCCCO). Getting your 'Trade Qualifier' status is the first hurdle—we make sure your paperwork is ready for the board.

Step 2: Educational preparation

While your application is processing, we begin intensive training. You’ll master North American load charts, imperial/metric conversions, and safety regulations (OSHA/CSA).

Step 3: The challenge exam

Once your hours are approved, you fly to North America to write your exam. Our mock tests ensure you walk into that room with 100% confidence.

Beyond the ordinary training

A certified operator is a valuable asset. We provide guidance on connecting with employers who offer LMIA (Canada) or specialized visa sponsorship for high-tonnage experts.

Job placement & sponsorship

Our unique migration roadmap extends beyond certification. We connect you with employers seeking certified crane operators, including those who provide Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for Canada or specialized visa sponsorship for high-tonnage experts in the USA. Your success is our priority.
